EVERYDAY CHAMPIONS
The Everyday Champions (EC) curriculum is a foundational part of Tech Pathways. Developed in partnership with the TLA Team and tailored for workforce development, EC equips students with essential skills like leadership, goal-setting, communication, and team building. It’s integrated throughout our Pre-Apprenticeship and Apprenticeship programs, helping students grow as individuals and professionals.
How It’s Delivered:
- Weekly classroom sessions led by an EC Instructor
- Experiential learning tied to workplace scenarios
- Summative assessments and leadership presentations
- Team dynamics exercises and personal reflection tools
- Community service projects with real-world impact
