Intro to Automotive Day Events
We work with all 13 of our partner school districts to host hands-on learning days for juniors interested in—or simply curious about—automotive careers. These school-specific events offer a no-pressure opportunity to get a glimpse into the workings of a modern automotive dealership, with special emphasis on the Automotive Technician Career Pathway. Whether you’re already considering this path or just exploring your options, it’s a great place to start.

Technician Shadow Days
Ever wonder what it’s like to work in a professional service department? From October through February, we welcome high school juniors every Wednesday from 9 AM to 12 PM to spend the morning with one of our experienced mentor technicians in one of our Hanover Auto Team service departments. You’ll have the opportunity to see firsthand what a typical day looks like. This is a great way to learn the role and responsibilities that come with a career as an automotive technician.

  • One student per session
  • Location assigned upon confirmation
