In 2021, Hanover Auto Team CEO Loni Smith discovered a great need for skilled technicians in the automotive industry. Rather than wait for change, she led it. That’s how Tech Pathways was born—a bold workforce development initiative rooted in classroom education, immersive hands-on training, and real-world leadership development.
From day one, students engage in a dynamic blend of technical training and career mentorship. From classroom work to hands-on training, the Hanover Auto Team’s pre-apprentice and apprenticeship program offers an incredible opportunity to jump into an exciting career by learning firsthand. Students who complete both programs earn ASE and State Inspection/Emissions certifications and are eligible to join the Hanover Auto Team as full-time employees.
